		<description>I love this, being an &#039;eighties boy obviously. It is, as you point out, Divine Comedy channelling Morrissey in Marc Almond&#039;s boudoir while wearing a Pettie&#039;s scarf, but &#039;Selfish Bachelor&#039; is so close to the bone for anyone of that disposition (hi brother!)it has to be considered perfect. And the other singles get pretty close. 
 
I think Mr Shah&#039;s sound may be too &#039;eighties for even the current revival, but his storytelling alone has won a new fan down roomyverse way. I may even pen a blogpost on the gentleman myself, if only so I can echo his immortal query &#039;What would your mother make of Stockwell?&#039;
